Dear Clients / Importers / Final End User / Transporters / Logistics Service Providers / Freight Forwarders.
Please be informed that the Sydonia Connectivity issue remains the same and it is still under maintenance by DGDA department and officials.
The system shall be down and it shall only accept or Liquidate the declaration once it is resolved.
We are doing our level best and pushing with the declaration in the system and making efforts so that the truck doesn’t hold up at the border.

Please be informed that there has been a server issue and DGDA is busy fixing it. There is an official communication for the same which states that the maintenance shall take place and be done on the 18th and 19th November respectively. The system shall be down and it shall only accept or Liquidate the declaration once it is resolved.
